We offer three categories of accommodation: Luxury Homes (6 properties sleeping 4-20 guests, from $349-$1,399/night), Glamping Yurts (9 riverside yurts sleeping up to 4, from $219/night), and Airstreams (luxury and vintage options sleeping 3-4 guests, from $249-$299/night). All properties are near the Royal Gorge in Canon City, Colorado.

Are the vacation rentals open year-round?

Yes, all our properties are available year-round, 365 days a year. Colorado's Royal Gorge region offers beautiful experiences in every season - summer river access, fall foliage, winter mountain views, and spring wildflowers.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Accepted Answer

Summer check-in (April-September) is at our Royal Gorge Rafting office at 45045 US Hwy 50 West, Canon City. Winter check-in (October-March) is at our Canon City Outpost at 302 Royal Gorge Blvd, Canon City. Book online any day, around the clock. Our office and check-in desk are staffed 9 AM to 5 PM, and from September 1 2026 the office is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Can I combine my stay with adventure activities?

Absolutely! We offer adventure packages that bundle your stay with whitewater rafting, zipline tours, or helicopter flights. Popular combos include Raft + Stay, Zipline + Stay, and Ultimate Adventure packages. Booking together saves money and simplifies planning.

What amenities are included with the yurts and Airstreams?

Our riverside yurts and Airstreams include access to the Arkansas River, outdoor fire pits, mountain views, and all basic linens and kitchenware. Specific amenities vary by property - check each listing for full details. Hot tubs are available at select luxury home properties.

How far are the properties from Denver and Colorado Springs?

Our properties are located near Canon City, Colorado - approximately 115 miles (about 2 hours) southwest of Denver, and 50 miles (about 45 minutes) southwest of Colorado Springs. The properties are close to the Royal Gorge Bridge, Royal Gorge Rafting, and other attractions.

Are pets allowed at the vacation rentals?

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in. Inside 30 days, the full reservation amount is charged. Please review the specific policy for your chosen property before booking.
