Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid payment method is required to confirm a reservation. By booking, you agree to the property-specific policies including check-in/check-out times, guest limits, and house rules.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is not guaranteed. Check-in locations vary by season; see your confirmation email for details.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable, less a $50 processing fee, if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in. Inside 30 days, the full reservation amount is charged to the card on file.

Property Rules

• No smoking inside any property
• Pets allowed only at designated pet-friendly properties with prior approval and pet fee
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (glamping properties)
• Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Liability

Royal Gorge Vacation Rentals is not liable for injuries, loss of personal property, or natural events during your stay. Guests participate in all outdoor activities at their own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
