Glamping at Royal Gorge Vacation Rentals means sleeping on the banks of the Arkansas River without giving up a real bed. We offer three glamping options, and the question we hear most is which one to book. The short answer comes down to bathrooms, kitchens, pets, and how much of the campground feeling you want.
The Riverside Yurts: the closest thing to camping, with a real bed
We have 9 riverside yurts, set steps from the water. Each one has comfortable beds, lighting, and its own private fire ring, plus a picnic table for meals outside. Linens are provided, so you are not hauling sleeping bags.
What a yurt does not have is a kitchen or a private bathroom. Restrooms and showers are shared and on-site, and Wi-Fi coverage in the yurts is limited, which many guests treat as a feature. Bring food that does not need a kitchen, and a headlamp or flashlight for the walk to the restrooms after dark.

The Luxury Airstreams: boutique-hotel comfort by the river
Our 3 luxury Airstreams have been fully renovated. Each has a private bathroom, a mini kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a comfortable queen bed. Outside there is a private seating area with its own fire ring, and the river is right there.
If a walk to a shared restroom at night is the dealbreaker for you, this is your answer. It is also the better pick for hot summer nights, since the Airstreams have A/C and the yurts do not list it.

The Vintage Airstreams: retro style, modern comforts
The vintage Airstreams have been restored with period-appropriate details, and they add a private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding. They sleep 3 guests, and each one has a private outdoor fire ring and seating area.
